Welcome to EVO Route Planner
These Terms and Conditions explain the rules for using EVO Route Planner, operated by Camel Codeworks Inc. By using our service, you agree to follow these terms. If you don't agree with any part, please don't use our service.
1. What EVO Route Planner Provides
EVO Route Planner is an online route planning tool that helps you:
- Create routes with adventure routing for curvy, scenic roads
- Generate round trips automatically
- Use multiple routing modes (fast, short, adventurous)
- Export routes as GPX files for GPS devices
- Import GPX files from other sources
- Save routes to your account
- Share routes with others
We provide this service "as is" without any guarantees. We'll do our best to keep it running smoothly, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free.
2. Creating an Account
For many features you'll need to create a free account. When you create an account:
- You must provide accurate information
- You're responsible for keeping your password secure
- You must be at least 13 years old
- One person should not create multiple accounts
- You're responsible for all activity under your account
3. How You Can Use Our Service
You're welcome to use EVO Route Planner for personal or commercial purposes, but please:
- Don't try to hack, damage, or disrupt our service
- Don't use automated tools to overload our servers
- Don't copy our code or design without permission
- Don't share your account credentials with others
- Don't use the service for anything illegal
- Don't try to reverse engineer our software
4. Your Content
The content you create (routes, locations, folders, etc.) belongs to you. We don't claim ownership of your content.
However, by using our service, you give us permission to:
- Store your content on our servers
- Display your content back to you
- Process your routes to be able to provide you with app features (e.g. generating GPX files, elevation profiles)
We won't share your private routes with anyone unless:
- You explicitly share them yourself
- We're required to by law
- We need to for technical reasons (like backups)
5. Map Data and Third-Party Services
EVO Route Planner uses map data from OpenStreetMap. This service has its own terms and conditions:

We're not responsible for errors in third-party map data or for these services being unavailable.
6. Route Accuracy and Safety
Important: Routes created with EVO Route Planner are for planning purposes only.
- Always verify routes before using them
- Check local conditions, weather, and road closures
- Routes may include private roads, seasonal closures, or challenging terrain
- Adventure routing may suggest roads that are more challenging or remote
- We're not responsible for accidents, injuries, or property damage that occur while following routes
- Use common sense and follow local laws
- Ensure your vehicle and riding skills match the route you choose
7. Pricing
EVO Route Planner will be free for a limited time while we make it even better. In the future, access to the service will require a subscription.
Future Pricing:
- Pricing will be announced before it takes effect
- Existing users will receive advance notice and special benefits
- Subscriptions will be of the auto-renewable kind and will renew annually
- You will be able to cancel at any time
- Payment will be processed securely through our payment provider
Service Availability:
- We don't guarantee the service will always be available
- We may add or remove features at any time
- We may change these terms (we'll notify you)
- We may shut down the service (we'll give advance notice)
We'll do our best to keep your data safe, but we recommend keeping backup copies of important routes.
8. Refund Policy
Camel Codeworks Inc. processes payments through Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Once subscription fees are implemented, the following policies will apply in accordance with Paddle's Buyer Terms:
14-Day Money-Back Guarantee:
- You have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a full refund
- No questions asked within the first 14 days
- To request a refund, visit paddle.net or contact our support team
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days
How to Cancel Your Subscription:
- Visit paddle.net to manage your subscription
- You can cancel at any time to prevent future renewals
- Cancellation must be done before your renewal date to avoid being charged
- If you cancel, you'll retain access until the end of your current subscription period
After 14 Days:
- Refunds after the 14-day period are at the discretion of Camel Codeworks Inc.
- Exceptional circumstances (service outages, billing errors, etc.) will be considered
- Auto-renewal charges are subject to the same 14-day refund period
Service Discontinuation:
- If we discontinue the service, we'll provide pro-rata refunds for any unused subscription time
- Refunds are processed using the original payment method within 5-10 business days
9. Limitation of Liability
Use at Your Own Risk: EVO Route Planner is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We provide no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the service
- We are not responsible for any damages resulting from using (or not being able to use) our service
- This includes, but is not limited to, lost data, lost profits, business interruption, or personal injury
- We are not liable for issues with third-party services (map providers, routing services, etc.)
- We are not liable for errors in map data or routing information
- Adventure routing may suggest challenging roads—use your judgment
- You use the service entirely at your own risk
Important: Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for certain types of damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
10. Termination
You can stop using EVO Route Planner at any time by:
- Simply not logging in anymore, or
- Contacting us to delete your account
We may suspend or terminate your account if:
- You violate these terms
- You use the service in a way that harms others or our service
- We're required to by law
- We decide to shut down the service
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll:
- Update the "Last Updated" date at the top
- Notify you via email or a notice on the website
- Give you time to review the changes before they take effect
Continuing to use EVO Route Planner after changes means you accept the new terms.
12. Intellectual Property
EVO Route Planner's code, design, logo, and features are owned by Camel Codeworks and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute our code
- Use our name or logo without permission
- Create derivative works based on our service
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Camel Codeworks operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
